Our Saturday night Reunion really is “The Main Event”. While there are several activities over the reunion weekend, most of our classmates only come to the Saturday night gathering. This is your best chance to reconnect with people.

Performing at “The Main Event”

Gary Smallwood

A musical legend in Loudoun County, Gary is known for his faithful renditions of 60’s and 70’s music. He has played alongside such acts as Robin Trower, Molly Hatchet, Marshall Tucker Band, The Outlaws, Bret Michaels, and Michael Fath. Gary is a full-time musician, playing over 200 shows a year. We are honored to have him play at our reunion.

Gary playing with “Beatles Live” at the 2022 Taste Leesburg.

Also Performing at “The Main Event”

Lynn & Julia Kasdorf

Julia has been performing around Northern Virginia for many years, doing covers and writing her own music. Lynn, our 1973 classmate, performs often with Julia, as well as other bands. Lynn plays a number of instruments but is known as one of the finest pedal steel guitar players in the region. Lynn and Julia will perform at the ‘Main Event’ as a duo as well as doing some tunes with Gary Smallwood.

GCM graduates from other classes are welcome to attend all of our reunion activities.

Financial Assistance

There might be classmates who are on a fixed income or a tight budget and find it difficult to afford coming to the reunion. To lend a hand, many of our classmates have generously contributed to our Financial Assistance Fund to help classmates attend. If you need assistance or know someone who could use help, please let us know by clicking below.

WE WANT YOU THERE

There are three ways you can

Help Make This Reunion A Success

   1) Get the word out to classmates and encourage them to come. How often do you get to go to your 50th high school reunion?

   2) Come to Saturday night’s “The Main Event” at Maggianos. We’ll have some other activities over the weekend, but Saturday night is the real deal actual reunion. So please help us out by purchasing a ticket and attending “The Main Event”.

   3) Purchase your ticket early. Registering early helps our reunion committee with the planning. When we know how many people to expect at certain events we can hopefully make sure we have enough space and resources to accommodate everyone. The more lead time we have to make those kinds of decisions, the better.
